Questions related to Admission process:


  1. What is admission procedure in AAS?

We have two options to get registered with AAS- online and offline. For further information, please check “How to apply” through this link http://cfmglobal.org/ambuj-abha-stars-aas/


Online Registration:


Candidate can start the process for submission of Application Form by clicking “Apply Online” button. The candidate is required to provide all the information in the application form. Once the online application is filled up, a confirmation mail would be sent to the candidate through registered email.

 


Offline Application:


For offline application, you need to visit ITI Khetri. Here you will have to fill up the application form and submit two passport size photographs and rest of procedure we will explain you at the center. The address is given below:

  1. How can I pay the registration fee?

The registration fee can be paid by one of the following methods as per your convenient (Demand Draft, Any Bank etc.) The payment details are mentioned under “Apply Online” at http://cfmglobal.org/ambuj-abha-stars-aas/


  1. Where can I find more information about the training courses?

  1. How is the admission procedure for the courses available?

Candidates who have been selected for personal interview/ counseling/admission are required to report to the Institute on the prescribed day (to be informed through registered email/ phone number) along with the following documents:

  • Self-attested copies of proof of age, qualifications etc.
  • Original copies of the above.
  • Aadhaar Card for proof of name.
  • Two passport size photograph for Identity Card (ID).
  • SC/ST/OBC Certificate (if applicable).

  1. When and where will selection process for admission be held?

Selection for Phase 1 will be held in ITI Khetri, Rajasthan.


  1. How will I be intimated of the result of admission?

The result will be accessible on CFM’s website and through the candidate’s registered email or phone number.


  1. Who provides certificate of training?

For selected courses, Rajasthan Skill and Livelihood Development Corporation (RSLDC)/ Industrial Training Institute (ITI) will provide a certificate, which is valid across the country. Certificate for Supply Chain Field Assistant, Community Friendly Movement (CFM) will provide the certificate. The students will get the certificate after the successful completion of the course.


  1. Is there placement support for trainees?

Yes, we have placement cell which provides placement assistance to students who qualify our courses. Training and Placement Cell is committed to providing all possible assistance to the students in their efforts to find employment.

  1.  What is AAS?

Ambuj Abha Stars (AAS) is an innovative programme for school children to build a strong foundation for science learning by doing an experiment on demo models. AAS 1.0 seeks to bridge the gap by bringing science books to life with demo models and activity kits. This intervention ignite children interest in science with comic books, activities, posters and train teachers to make learning experiential and fun. Secondly, AAS 2.0 is providing the modular employable skill to youth to secure job. Various short-term job oriented courses have been identified under AAS 2.0 program.


  1. Who are target beneficiaries?

Initially, school children at the primary and upper level are beneficiaries and at second phase school leavers, pass-out students of the ITI, Industrial Workers, Technicians, Supervisors/Foremen, Women, and Persons with disabilities, SC/STs, Ex-servicemen, Retrenched workers etc. are beneficiaries.


  1. Who can get the benefit?

Primary school, Upper primary school, Govt. and Private School, Industrial Training Institutes, Vocational training institutes can get benefit through this project.


  1. What are the activities under AAS?

Activity kit, curriculum development, ToT, development of monitoring tools, lab establishment, short-term training, placement support, job fair, counseling are different activities under AAS. The Demoz Lab consists of shortlisted 81 demo models based on CBSE board curriculum. These 81 models are linked to concepts taught from third till tenth grade. These models allow students to observe over 500 complex scientific principles at play. By experiencing the concepts and not just reading about them, they become very easy to learn and understand.

Under employability and entrepreneurship training, identification of potential sector, curriculum development, lab establishment, the hiring of faculties, ToT, are various activities.
