Mr. Saurav Ghosh, Secretary

Saurav has been responsible for overall functioning of Community Friendly Movement; as Secretary to the organization he serves as the bridge between the Board and the project team. He also looks after the fund raising, networking and implementation of ongoing projects in Madhya Pradesh and Bihar.
He has completed his education from Indian Institute of Planning and Management, New Delhi, and has been on the CFM Board since its inception. Before working full time for CFM he was serving as Director at InvestCare Pvt Ltd setting up the real estate division of the company. His area of focus was real estate funding and debt structuring.

Mr. Naresh Kumar Sharma, Chief Agro Technologist

Mr. Naresh Kumar Sharma has done B.Sc in Agriculture from B.A.C, Sabour in 1975. He worked at F.P. & A.R.D., H.F.C. Ltd., Sindri, Dhanbad (Jharkhand) from April 1976 to January 2000 as Soil Chemist. Then he had joined as Agriculturist in S.G.V.K., Palamu (Jharkhand) from November 2006 to March 2013. He is looking into various projects at CFM like

  • Livelihood promotion based on sustainable agriculture.
  • Drought Mitigation.
  • Diversion based Irrigation System.
  • Integrated Water Management and Sanitation.

Mr. Anurag Sharma, Manager (Admin)

Anurag looks after overall administration of CFM to ensure smooth functioning of head as well as local offices. He is the point of contact for all operations. His diverse experience of working in real estate as well as logistics companies provides him with necessary skills that move an organization day to day. He also has more than ten years of experience in sales and marketing. He has done from Delhi University and BBA from Eros Infotech.

Mr. Sanjay Kumar, Chief Project Coordinator

Post Graduate in Business Administration from L.N. Mishra Institute of Economic Development & Social charges Patna (Bihar), Sanjay has 10 years of work experience in Social sector. He has worked for women empowerment, child rights, Dalit & Tribal rights, Livelihood enhancement through micro enterprises and integrated community development. He has wide experience in Need Assessment, PRA, Project Development, Project Implementation Planning (PIP), Monitoring and evaluation, Result Based Management (RPM) and process documentation. He has successfully implemented various projects supported by Christian Aid, TdH, IGSSS and SDTT.

Ms. Anu Gulmohar, Senior Marketing Communications Manager

Anu is an Editor and writer with over 12 years of experience. She has worked for a variety of magazines like The Sunday Indian and Business & Economy and written copy for corporate emailers and websites. She also has experience in Events, Sales and Marketing. She organised a luxury exhibition called The Good Life at The Ashok, New Delhi in 2016 and was also a part of the team that organised the first two editions of the Gurgaon Farmers’ Market by Karen Anand. At CFM she is in charge of internal and external communications. She takes care of all reports and presentations, drafting and dissemination of press releases, social media updates, as well as writing copy and designing of marketing collaterals. She has also created this website and makes sure it stays up-to-date with the latest developments of the company.

Mr. Rahul Kumar, Coordinator, Jhabua

Rahul has a Bachelor of Science degree in Environment and Water management from A.N. College, Patna. He is working as the Project Coordinator on Anhad Gram Jhabua. He looks after the programme implementation under Agriculture and water management. Rahul has hands-on experience of data collection with GPS and has worked in agriculture farms in Buxar. He has been involved with CFM data collection and survey as well.

Ms. Anita Chawada, Coordinator, Jhabua

Anita has done H.S.C in Commerce from Madhya Pradesh board, Bhopal. She has experience of working with the local communities as Community Organizer and Nutrition Educator in the villages of Jhabua. Being a local resident of Jhabua she knows the language and the local dialect of tribals of the beneficiary villages. She has been assigned the responsibility of forming the Women SHGs and making them aware about the social livelihood programs like poultry, goatery with special focus on briquette making and its propagation under the Anhad Gram Project in the beneficiary villages.

Mr. Amit Kumar, Trainer, Jhabua

Amit has completed training programme from Raimond Embryo Research Centre, Gopal Nagar, Chhatisgargh for nutrition, management and artificial insemination. He is responsible for livestock medication and management under Anhad Gram project.

Ms. Neha Chawada, Coordinator, Jhabua

Neha has done B.Sc in Math from P.G. College, Jhabua. She has experience of working with the local communities as Community Organizer, SHG formation and monthly SHG group meeting in the villages of Jhabua.

Mr. Manish Kumar Pandey, Supervisor, Munger

Manish has competed I.A form Patna. He is working as the Supervisor on Anhad Gram Munger, Bhagalpur. He looks after the formation of SHGs. He has 2 years of experience in NGO and SHG.

Mr. Bipin Kumar Sangahi, Supervisor

Bipin has completed 10th form B.S.E.B, Patna. He is working as a Supervisor in Agriculture & allied sector activities. He has over 10 years of experience in farming.

Mr. Satyanaryan, Trainer (Goatery), Jhabua

Satyanaryan hails from Jharkhand. His area of work is animal husbandry and briquetting. Being a tribal himself, he understands and appreciates the issues plaguing tribals. His job is to ensure upkeep of animals for their proper inoculation and diets at the training centre.

Mr. Rajesh Joshi (Auto Cad Operator)

As Auto Cad operator Rajesh Joshi looks after the CFM, CIVIL Drawing DESIGNS. He has done 12th in (U.P) and Diploma in (Advance Diploma in Revite Architecture, Bases on Revite Architecture, Auto Cad, 3d studio Max and Engineering Drawing. Mach) New Delhi, National Small Industries Corporation (NSIC), Technical Services Centre, Okhla, New Delhi.
